I been asked to create a new solution for one our departments which will have a different purpose than the normal marketing of business 2 business, but more business to customer.
They also want to use the marketing aspect for sending out flyers, customer journey's, segmentation.
What I'm having trouble is and I'm slightly new to Dynamics is how to restrict access to other users / members who also use this application.
I've created a Business Unit (Veterans) but need assistance to enable only selected users can access the data and send out customer journeys. A few of these will be current users who have access to the marketing app and will assist with the new app.

You can manage the user's security roles as an administrator, check each of the security roles the user already has.
open the security roles to find the Custom Entities, find the Veterans, and then edit the read privilege to restrict or allow access to members according to your ideas.
