Treatment of unpaid leaves for payroll

Dear All,

I created the the leave of request type "Leave of absence", If employee take 5 days in this leave type, so there should be a 5 days deduction from his\her monthly salary, how we can achieve this. In other words how we can link unpaid leaves deductions with payroll module in d365 F&O, so auto deduct 5 days salary from his\her salary.
