is it possible to have obtain a quote for reviewing the sizing and the performances of one of our customer's environments, assessing DB/server telemetries and take corrective actions; often we have to log tickets for performance issues during peak periods of the month and it is getting worst every new entity we are rolling out and every new users we are adding...this is becoming a major issue and we want Microsoft to be able to review the current telemetry and propose an action plan;

In a specific period of the month, our customer will be in the situation of adding avg 1M transaction per hour, for an entire day; we would need proactive monitoring of the above environment from a support engineer, to anticipate possible performance degradations before we actually realize, log a ticket, and MS takes ownership of it..a proactive monitoring service directly from Microsoft would save critical time from our customer during their month closing procedures.
Any hint on what proactive service to get from microsoft, is welcome.
P.S.: Premium support contract(which we have already) doesn't seem to provide those services...not even as add-ons.
