Does anyone know if I can export opportunities from advanced find and include the account id they are linked to? I want to import accounts and opportunities into another system, but don't see how identify an account on an opportunity using the advance find export to excel.
I would be grateful if you could tell me which pluggin you used for exporting your entity datas with XrmToolBox ?

Thank you!
Hi Nithya,
thanks for your response. while mapping my business requirements in CRM, i wanted to have a list of all the fields in the entity and then mark/color them as per their feasibility according to my requirements , which would give me a clear idea which one of them are useful and further i could present it as well.
Install the XRMToolbox kit on your machine. That tool is providing option to export the entity fields to excel .

Hi Prem,
What is the need of having such an excel sheet? Already the Dynamics CRM SDK has an excel sheet called Entity Metadata.
I'm not sure what you need this for, but you could use a solution like the CRM Data Detective (crmdatadetective.codeplex.com) to list them all, then copy them across to an Excel sheet.

Use XrmToolbox's Metadata Document Generator.
