Hi all,

We still using old Navision 5.0 SP1 login by windows and planning to upgrade our infrastructure. At the moment, we will upgrade windows server 2012/2016 AD then ERP. The question is,is Navision 5.0 possible to login by windows AD 2012/2016?  Thx

Yamn

There has been no official compatibility tests for Windows Server 2016 with NAV 5.0 (refer here: blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../dynamics-nav-and-windows-server-2016 ). However I do not see reason why it would not work with 5.0 for authentication. Personally I had not tried this, but you can perform a simple test to verify it and share here!
