Hi guys,

I created console applications that pulls data from our CRM Online 2013 to our local database. I followed the guidelines written on the sdk and everything went well.

Recently we updated to office 365, and the account i'am using was changed to email@onmicrosoft.com and a new password was created for this. At the moment all my applications are throwing the same exceptions. I checked the LiveDeviceID.xml and it is still there. I dont know what causing this error and any help will be gretly appreciated. By the way all of the console applications

are being run by an sql job.

Please refer to the error below.

The application terminated with an error.

    Hi adg,

As I see that you have created the post a month ago and no suggestions to your question were posted so far, I would like to understand if you still experience the described issue. If so, I recommend you for this particular case to take advantage of the included to your CRM Online subscription Support and submit a Support Request with CRM Online Technical Support. You can open a Support Request with CRM Online Technical Support following the below steps:

    - Log in to the Web portal portal.microsoftonline.com with an Admin user

    - Go to Support > select “new support request”

    - Provide details about the issue you are experiencing and your contact details

    - Submit the Support Request

Please let us know if this helps.

Thank you for using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Communities.

A long time after the initial post, but in case anyone comes across this, you should be able to resolve it by just deleting the LiveDeviceID.xml (it will be in the %USERPROFILE%\LiveDeviceID folder) . The helper code should then recreate a new, valid one
