Hello Helpful CRM Group,
We have around 250 active user base on our current CRM'15 implementation. There is ongoing restructuring of users. It affects how these users need to use CRM based upon their current job title. We have been handling these changes as per case basis. With human error, some of these have not been reflected in CRM and our Active user database is becoming bloated and stale data.
I am thinking of sending an email to all users from CRM with their current job title. If they are correct, then no need to respond or else revert back with their correct address and job title. I need to know if this can be done within CRM using its database. Please let me know.
This will be a big 'WIN' for our unit. Thank you in advance!
