I want to give credits to Brian Storie from Microsoft for these steps.
1. Open Windows File Exporer
2. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Retail Database Utility
3. Click File > Open Command Prompt > Command Prompt with Admin
4. Enter the following command
RetailDbUtilityCmd.exe DeprovisionChannelDB /StoreServerName:YOURSERVERNAME /StoreDatabaseName:YOURCHANNELDATABASE
5. After this command completes, open SQL Server Management Studio, connect to the Channel DB.
6. Expand Tables under the Channel DB
7. Verify any table that ends with _tracking are all deleted in YOURCHANNELDATABASE. (if one does not then manually delete it)
8. Verify the following three tables do not exist (dbo.schema_info dbo.Scope_config dbo.Scope_info ) if they do manually delete them
9. Log into AX
10. Go to Retail > Setup > POS > Profiles > Offline Profiles
11. Select the Offline Sync Schema on the left that you are using
12. Expand the Offline Tables Fast tab
13. Select the “Products, Prices, and bar codes” Profile in the list
14. Click on the Offline Scope button at the top
15. Verify that the Line Details Fast Tab has at list one table listed inside of it. (if it does not then you will need to remove this Profile in the previous AX window)
16. Click Close
17. Click Close again
18. Go to Retail > Setup > Retail Scheduler > Channel Integration > Channel Database
19. Select the Channel Database you are working with
20. Click Full Sync at the top
21. Select to run the 1095 job
22. Verify this job shows as applied to the Channel DB (Retail > Inquiries > Commerce Data Exchange > Download sessions)
23. After the job has applied Run “Retail Channel Configuration Utility” under admin. Go to “Create offline database” section. Enter correct channel database and offline database information. Then click “Apply”.
24. Channel database and offline database should be provisioned successfully.
