certain purchase order can't print

My users and myself are having trouble printing certain purchase orders. First I thought it's was only the users, then maybe vendor, then maybe it might be "non-inventory" items. None of these were the problem. I saw a field on the POP10100 called "Flag", some had a "2" or "0", but that's not it either.

Don't know if anyone has come across this problem.

In the Print Purchasing Documents window, are you selecting the "Reprint Previously Printed\Sent POs" radio button?

Try this and see if it works.

To clarrify on v9, the radio button is probably just "Reprint Previously Printed POs" as I think the "Sent" was added in v2010

this works but it print in the GP's format, it's doesn't print in our format, crystal report. Even when I preview the po then print it, no go..Maybe it's a crystal report thing?

It sounds like you may be using Forms Printer, is this correct?

Verify that you have the Crystal Report file mapped from Tools > Setup > Company > Forms Printer > Forms Printer.  Verify that a form is mapped to PO and Historical PO if applicable.

Look at any selection formulas in Crystal.   Very likely there is an exclusion setup there.

Yes, we do use Forms Printer.  I'm getting an error message when i try to map it.

the error is "Error opening ASI_Forms_Printer_Dest_Setup 32." Do you know what this is?

You could try a reinstall of Forms Printer and verify that you have access to the shares Forms Printer needs access to.  Outside of that, you may want to start a support request directly with Accountable to troubleshoot.  Accountable support is great to work with and quick to respond with cases.
