Fast Dude about "View"

Hello there! I've the following dude:

What is the difference about this "searching view"

(1) Search Notes + All in system

(2) Search Notes (Reggarding with Account) + All in system

Because if in both I add colums : Account Name + It's a Document? (For know what notes are attachments and their account names).

I see it:

(1) 3600 Attachments (All with accounts names)

(2) 64 Attachments (All with accounts names)

It'll be that (1) could give you an attachment from opportunity and like it has an account name asociated....I got confuse?

    Hi,

    I think you are configured wrong when setting up the advanced find.

    My result is same between tool and advanced find. it took me sometime to generate all attachments from accounts.

    As the above condition will show you all notes that have attachments in crm

    According to 2nd image it will show you the accounts that notes contains attachments.

    Hi,

    The (1) gives you all notes whereas (2) gives you notes entered for an account record. I am not sure if this is you are looking for or not. If not, then please share some more details.
