Hello!

We are trying to setup our preference center in Customer Insights - Journeys Real Time Marketing. We have no issues with the functionality, but have run into some complications with the formatting.

When creating the preference center, it appears as we believe it should:

However, as soon as we move to the preview or view it live, it looks like this:

We have built from scatch, tried editing HTML, any number of solutions but it keeps happening. Any ideas?

Looks like you have some code forcing text to align center? Have you checked the <head> for text-align:center?

You could try going directly to the HTML of the check list items and test "text-align:left !important" to see what happens. It's generally not good practice to use, but for testing it might indicate what's being overiding in your CSS.

    Same applies for margin/padding gaps.

Thanks - this set me on the right path. We've got a temporary fix with in-line style overrides for now while we look for a more robust solution. Appreciate it!
