Switch Process BPF - UCI Issue

Hi , 

I'm using D365 Online . 

I have Issue when trying to Swtich Process for opportunity . 

I have 2 activated business process flow on opprotunity

When trying to swtich process from old one [Opportunity BPF] to new one [SIRAR new opportunity Flow]

I got the following error

but when I try to take the same action using through old interface Legacy for the same record

it's working perfect and process flow updated on the record

    Hi Muhamed,

    Have you tried clearing temporary internet files in browser? Maybe there's something in the cache.

    [Resolved] The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it. Error in Dynamics 365. | Softchief Learn

    Or you can remove and add the second BPF to the app again.

    I have tried other browser and clear cache.

    add/remove BPF and still face the issue
