Error in Revenue / Expense Deferrals setup

I installed the Revenue / Expense setup from control panel after that when i attempt to login to GP Dynamics the following error messages pops and i'am unable to login to GP until i remove this feature from control panel. Kindly guide me for a solution.

I'am using GP Dynamic 2010 and SQL server 2008 R2

    You have installed the version for Revenue/Expense product is different than your GP application. Open Temp folder and view the GP_LoginErrors.log file to correct. If not correct, attach the file.

    Hi,

    This is because of version mismatch ,

    to check the version

    open - Run (Start + R)

    type - %TEMP%

    search for GP_LoginErrors.log file open the file

    you will see Dictionary version and database version.

    please attach the details in that file.

    GP_LoginErrors.log  is an empty text file.

    After you will get error from while opening GP, before click ok button on the warning window go to the path and check whether it has log available or not. If yes, please check and attach it.
