Microsoft Dynamics AX (Archived)

button Properties are not showing

Hi All,

While designing the screen layouts in Retail, the properties doesn't appear, as below:

Screen layouts>Designer->Right click->all are blank

Button grids>Designer->Right click->all are blank

Usually the properties appear as button properties,Delete button, add row, add column etc.,

Version - AX R3 CU9

    Hi Ansar Basha,

    Uncommon situation.  I will include some items that may be related.

    .

    A. check if the retail headquarters is installed correctly.

    .

    B. Change the user language (AX and Windows)

    .
