Item Transfer (Returned to On Hand)

Hello,

I would like to change the status from Returned to On Hand in the Site A. In Item Transfer Entry window, choose the Item and click Quantity Type>> From Site A: Quantity Type: Returned - To Site A: Quatity Type: On Hand, then click Serial/ Lot, but there is no Lot Number, so I cannot change the status. In the Item Quantities Maintenance, the amount shows in " Returned" field.

How can I find the Lot Number? Please advise me.
