Hi i have a task to Create a power automate flow to send emails on change of a record status to team members...how to do?

your guidance is very helpful to me

Hi partner,

Can you elaborate on who the team members are?

Since a user can belong to multiple teams, when the status field changes, you want to send emails to all members of all teams to which the Owner belongs, right?

BTW, are you using D365 online or D365 OP? Only D365 online supports power automate.

Hi,

Go to https://us.flow.microsoft.com/ and select environment. Now click on New Automated Flow->Select trigger as when record gets updated

Select below settings on Trigger.

Add action to fetch members from team and send an email.

Then use below url to get members from team.
