I want to reinstall the Marketing application but I have this message when I select the environment :
" We were unable to load user roles from the selected Dynamics 365 organization. Please start over"
Do you know why and how to fix it ?

It seems that the issue occurs at backend side, I suggest you raise a support ticket for further assistance.

Thanks for your answer.
I want reinstall the application on a new instance.
My credentials have not changed and the application was installed the first time without pb.
I uninstalled it according to the procedure described in the Microsoft docs.
So it's amazing to have this message.

Please check whether you account meets requirements to run the setup wizard:

• You must sign into your tenant with a user account that has all the following:
â—¦ A security role (such as Global admin or Service support admin) that allows you to modify the target Dynamics 365 instance.
(If you're reinstalling Marketing on an instance where Marketing was previously installed, then Service support admin users must use the same user ID as was used for the initial install. If you're not sure which ID was used for the initial install, or if you're getting errors, then try to install as a Global admin.)
