Measuring form conversions

Hello,

I would like to be able to measure conversions from forms created in Dynamics 365.

The campaigns we do on the web and other platforms, we include UTM. But as the conversion takes place in the landing of the form I am not getting the data in Analytics.

Is it necessary to put a tag or something in the forms to be able to measure?

Thank you

    Hi Partner,

UTM tracking is usually done through the email and message channels, see the following article for more information on using other channels:

Additionally, if you just want to track click-through and submission rates for your forms, real-time form provides analytics information.
