I'm encountering weird behavior while trying to pin a case entity record. Whenever I attempt to pin a case record it gets pinned in the first attempt but as soon as I refresh the app/ browser only the case records get unpinned automatically

I didn't experience your issue in multiple trial environments or in a sandbox environment.
In which application are you experiencing this issue, Customer Service Hub, Customer Service Workspace or a custom model driven application?
Are you experiencing the same issue in Privacy Mode, or other browsers?
