Unable to pin a particular entity record in the site map under pinned section.

I'm encountering weird behavior while trying to pin a case entity record. Whenever I attempt to pin a case record it gets pinned in the first attempt but as soon as I refresh the app/ browser only the case records get unpinned automatically

    I didn't experience your issue in multiple trial environments or in a sandbox environment. 
     
    In which application are you experiencing this issue, Customer Service Hub, Customer Service Workspace or a custom model driven application?
    Are you experiencing the same issue in Privacy Mode, or other browsers?

    We are facing issue in custom model driven application and yes we tried in different browsers but the issue persist.
