Hi:

I imported Production Bills of Material (BOMs), using Configuration Packages. It went well.

Two BOMs that were imported, however, will not allow me to manually change their Status from "Under Development" to "Certified".

Upon trying to do so, I receive an error saying the following:

"The Production BOM Header does not exist. Identification fields and values: No.='5.11061E+11'."

How do I eliminate this issue?

This looks like some code is attempting to get the BOM header sending a decimal value instead of the BOM code, and my first guess would be that this is some kind of customisation. The best way to troubleshoot it is to attach the debugger and see what exactly caused it.
