I have a question about enrollment.
I have enrolled a number of workers in an Annual Paid Leave leave and absence plan, and deleted the enrollment record for each employee before trying to start again as the plan did not allocate the number of days I hoped it would.
I'm wondering if it is possible to un-enroll people that I, as an HR manager in Talent, have enrolled? Even though there is no visible record of Annual Paid Leave enrollment under each applicable employee's profile, I am getting this error message when trying to create a new enrollment record:
"The specified date interval overlaps with an existing enrollment in a plan of leave type 'Annual Paid Leave'."
Also, when I try to delete the leave and absence plan, I get this error message:
"Leave and absence plan cannot be deleted while dependent Leave and absence enrollment exist. Delete dependent Leave and absence enrollment and try again."
If anyone knows anything about how to "delete dependent leave and absence enrollment" I will be eternally grateful. Thanks.
