How to make list page field editable such that i can edit an entry.For ex: On posted invoice page data is coming from purchase order page after it is sent for approval,How can i edit any data after it is present on posted invoice page.In my case no card page is there to enter data.Can i use copy paste here from an excel sheet

    agree with previous suggestions. user is not expected to modify info on posted document. and after a document has been sent to approvers, it is considered locked. you could cancel the approval request and resend it after correcting the information

    If this value does not involve modifying existing/standard fields, you can try importing data via configuration packages, check in a TEST DB once. However try not to resort to this method in future, modifying ledger entries shouldn't be normalized

    My page is bank account ledger entry i m getting my field values feom general journal line page but for already posted entries in bank acc ledger entry i need to fill in the values.So i need to find a way to do that.This page has no card page.I tried page extention as well but not working on this page

    First of all, even if it was just an example: Even if you can you shouldn't edit any pages with the name "posted" written in the page name. In some countries that may be considered as a financial fraud and can prove very problematic for your end customer on YE. There is a separate thread in the community discussing this

    I would like to correct your example, unless there's a customization: After you approve a PO, in standard BC, the PO is set to "Released" status and not posted directly. If you wish to edit any details on the Posted Invoice, please do a credit memo which will nullify the invoice financial effects learn.microsoft.com/.../sales-how-correct-cancel-sales-invoice

    Second, you will require a developer to make a field editable via Page Extensions
