I want to upload affiliation discount with Data management .
Also adding to what I said<_] cunnt i need 20-30 lines in the same .

It does not seem to exist an OOB entity to perform this but you can create your own. Please see bellow document that provides help on this:

Pretty sure there are standard entities for the discount Headers [Periodic discount] and Lines [Periodic discount line], then an entity for the Retail Affiliation Price groups [Retail affiliation price groups]. The discount is only an 'Affiliation' discount by the fact that it is associated with a Price group that is associated with an Affiliation [Retail affiliations].
