When you are on the Sales Transaction Entry window, and you choose a specific customer (which is accordingly associated with a specific salesman), which accounts are being modified on the distribution level, can you share a screen shot ?
I have tried several scenarios, by creating a new customer, a new salesman, and assigned the salesman to a specific Employee ID, I have configured the payroll accounts. But still, commission expense and commission payable are not affected.

You can use "Field Level Security" to prevent user to change the Account Segment for the SOP invoice.

in (Cardas -- Payroll -- Employee) There is a field called Department
in (Cardas -- Sales -- seller) There is a field called ID employee
The seller has an associated ID employee and indirectly a Department employee
When an invoice is SOP and is associated with a seller changes the segment has the department code. (in our case the segment 4)
Module projects have also installed
Which part can be restricted to prevent this from happening ? I not want to change de account segment.

I don't fully understand your question, especially the employee and salesman part.
Do you mean that changing the site on a sales invoice changes the GL segment in the distribution ?
