B2B Commerce: Adding a new user to the hierarchy

Hi all,
 
I have added a B2B user to a Customer hierarchy. When I log in to the B2B ecom site (AW B2B) as an admin, I can see the user I added in HQ as 'Active'. How do I now log into the site as that new user? And how do I create a password for them?
 
Using the 'forgotten password' option does not do anything.

    Issue solved. You must ensure the email used for the customer has not already been used for another existing customer. You must also go through the 'sign up' option on the website as well.
