I'm trying to upgrade a Dev VM from 10.0.15 to 10.0.20 and it's failing on step 27. I had installed Visual Studio 2019 Professional on this VM but, uninstalled it trying to resolve this error. I'm not sure how to resolve this?

I downloaded the log and took a look at this file but, not sure what to do with this.

ok, the solution to this was to 1.) install Visual Studio 2017 Professional on the VM, even though Visual Studio 2019 Professional was installed. 2.) download the 10.0.20 package onto the VM and extract it to the D drive, which is temporary storage. Then, run the Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.Tools.Installer.vsix file in {packagedirectory}\DevToolsService\Scripts - select Visual Studio 2017 and 2019. Then, click "Resume" in LCS - environment updates successfully.
