RE: How to hide a record from list page
There are many approaches to that depending on your needs. Is it records you permanently wants to remove from a page or is it just temporarily because you wants to hide it when you f.ex. export your page to excel?
You can set a filter on the field and exclude the record. In your case setting a filter on no.<>S00000013 will hide that record from your page.
After setting a filter on your page you have the option to save them as views that you can change between in the same page.
If there is certain records you don't want specific user groups to see you can use record level security.
Finally you can make a customizatioon to a page so it permanently hides certain records.
