Changes made in Dynamics Sales are not displayd for the users

Hey guys I have a weird problem.

So basically I'm working on adapting Dynamics Sales for my client in the Model driven experience.

I did not create big changes I just added some Tabs renamed some and added a few columns.
After publishing the changes I asked one off my colleagues to test the Version and he Sees all changes that I made, however the Clients can't see all the changes that I made in the Test Environmment

They see all the Columns that I've added but when I renamed something they don't see it. What could be the cause of this Issue?
Its multiple useser who have this problem and I can't seem to recreate it on my side.

    Hello DBO_DV,

Thank you for providing more details.

It looks to be a Language (Translations) issue.

Please refer the MS article on Translate customized table, form, and column text into other languages
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/export-customized-entity-field-text-translation

Once the translations are updated and published, the user can see the changes.

So I just checked there are different languages in the settings I see two when I Export I see 3?

Since I did not set up or install the CRM myself, but took it over after a few years and now have to completely overhaul it without any existing documentation, I wasn’t aware that multiple languages were configured. Unfortunately, I’m not sure where or how to make changes to the other languages.

Thank you all for your replies. and sorry for reacting so late to it. Took quite some time to get a hod of the users having this issue.

So they all have the same security roll (The guest users seeing the changes and the users not seeing it).
It can't be the security role since they see when I add fields but they don't see when I rename them.

The hard refresh did not work and Clearing the cache also didn't do anything.

Could it have soemthing to do with languages?
My desktop and browser are in English and theirs is in French and I think all the guest users have their desktop in english as well.

    Hello DBO_DV,

The common solution is to hard refresh the browser, and all your changes will reflect.

As I am not sure in what sequence the changes were made, please double check that the security role, app, form used by you and client is same.

    Hello User,

Always do hard refresh Ctrl+F5 , whenever there are form or JS changes.

You can ask them to Close and open browser again.

    Thank you,
    Amit Katariya

    Hi There,

Probably browser Cache issue. Try re-publishing all the customisation.

    Thanks

Ask your clients to clear their browser cache or try accessing the application from an incognito/private browsing window.
In addition, maybe they have cache proxy in their network.
Sometimes, caching issues can cause old configurations to persist.
