Hi - We've done several bank reconciliations in BC but when attempting April's reconciliation, the import function stops at the 15th of the month and only imports half the inforamtion. We've tried many variations to no avail. Does anyone else have this problem? Solution? Thank you!
Hi, Is there any error message when importing data?
If you're using the standard features, you can raise a support request to MS.
If there is customization, it is recommended to contact Partner first.

It is possible you recently had some system upgrade as some of the banking functionality was modified in the latest release
Can you pl check below link and see if that helps?
If not raising a ticket with Microsoft directly or via Support partner is the right way to go forward
