Dynamics.exe Application Error: Exception Integer Division by zero. (0xc0000094)

Hello,

Have an interesting issue after a user puts in  their login credentials and login. GP will start to accept the login, then after about 10 seconds will have this error popup. I believe this has to do with a possible application interfering and not an account/User ID issue. I say this because I was able to test the login on my computer of the user having the login issue. Upon attempting to login on their computer with 2 different User ID's, this same error appears. I am able to login with these two User ID's on a different computer without fail.

I've looked around for specific errors that popped up and did not see much related.I cannot run the debugger tool since GP won't entirely load after entering credentials. Clicking OK on the error message closes the application and requires relaunch. The user's profile will continue to stay "logged in", but session can be cleared/deleted upon reopening.

Dynamics.exe Application Error: Exception Integer Division by zero. (0xc0000094) occured in the application at location 0x0000000000359652

 Any suggestions or obvious issues?

So, if GP is cloud based and doesn't exist on this one specific PC that is having this issue logging into GP, and this is the only machine seeing this issue, then the question is how does the user(s) connect this PC to GP in the cloud?

If you can login as this user's GP credentials in GP in the cloud itself, then the issue is more machine specific, such as how they're connecting to the cloud based GP.  Are they using anything similar to Citrix where they log into a session before accessing the VMs that GP is installed onto, or just use regular RDC?

My thoughts is that is where you're going to want to look.

    Thanks

Important note that I forgot to add. Our GP is cloud based so GP is not on the users computer.

The computers they are hosted on I have already tested the login there as well for different users. Only issue is on that users PC.

Obviously this sounds machine specific.  I would start by comparing the DYNAMICS.SET file and look for any differences. You could try repairing GP. Let us know what you find. There are further instructions but let's start with this.
