Hi,

when open new shift and declare the starting amount, the system should give me the message "do you want to write this amounts to database"

but I didn't get this message and when I try to close the shift the system gives me a message "Starting amounts have not been declared "

    Hi Ahmed,

When you declare start amount at POS, it does not pop up the message "do you want to write this amounts to database". This message is when you perform tender declaration.

I'm not sure let me check on another environment but I think it is exist for start amounts as well, but the problem is I can't close the shift however I already declared the start amounts a lot of times and I'm receiving and error message when I close the shift "Start amounts have not been declared"

If you want to skip the declare start amount then you can uncheck the setup in the functionality profile.

    Hi Ahmed,

I'm agree with Sumit : When you declare start amount at POS, it does not pop up the message "do you want to write this amounts to database". This message is when you perform tender declaration.

check that to button has the right Operations : Declare start amount
