I asked this question before and got no answer about it, so I'm asking again.
How to stop the chat widget initiating with "An agent will be with you in a moment."

What do you want it to say instead or do you just want it blank to say nothing when you initiate chat waiting for the push or pick?
I agree that this should be customizable and I put a suggestion in the Ideas area for this.
