Hi guys
I have this challenge:
I setup a interaction Template with a Word-Template with merged fields (from Contact Table).
Then I create from Contact Table a new Interaction with this Template.
As a result a PdF with the merged Fields is downloaded to my Download Path.
But I need not a PDF, but a open Word-File with the merged files, which can be reimported to the interaction and saved as attachement to this interaction.
In NAV it was no Problem to do this, in BC it seems not be possible. Any Idea?
(when I use the Word-Templates directly form Contact then I can choose the type of output (doc, pdf, txt) - but I need it in the interaction function.)
