Only "sa" Has Access to a VBA Customization

Hello:

In GP 2013 SP2, we created a VBA customization for an inquiry window. There has been no modification of that window.

The effect of the VBA code only works, when "sa" is logged into GP. It does not work, when other GP users are logged in.

I know that this is a broad question. But, what are some reasons as to why "sa" would be able to "reap the rewards" of a VBA customization while other GP users would not?

Hi Guys:

I found out that the developers here had a window in place that is tied to a stored procedure. Since my GP user ID is in that window, I simply cannot see my customization.

It's a long story. But, in the end, we found out that my VBA code works. I apologize, for the confusion and thank you for your help!

Are you using the same windows user? There are situations were a non-administrator user does not have access to the registry keys that VBA needs. This issue is most common on Terminal servers and has been documented in KB articles.

Have you checked in the environment where you are trying to run the code if Customization Site Enabler is selected under the Registration window? You will need this to run VBA code.
