How to freeze Form?

i have 4 stages of in case created process flow which is created, in progress, UAT and ready to close in crm. now i want to set conditions such that when when case is goes to ready to slose stage then the existing foem will be freeze. there no one able to edit in this form. how can i do that

    Hi Partner,
    1.Freeze form?
    Do you mean that all controls on the form are not editable? Make them read-only?
    If so, you can use javascript to disable all controls of this form.
     
    2.Stage?process flow?
    Do you mean BPF(Business Process Flow)?
    If so, you need use addOnStageChange() to make this code work when BPF is moved to one specific stage.
