In Employee Pay Code Maintenance for the PCWRK Pay Code the Pay Rate for all employees is set to $0.000
All the imported Payroll Transactions that are Pay Code UPRTRXCD = PCWRK show the correct Pay Rate (row 3 7.2511)
All rows that have HOURLY Pay Code show zero Pay Rate.
