Capture telephone with international code in marketing form

Does anyone found a user friendly solution for capturing telephone numbers via a marketing form, including the international code?

For us in The Netherlands, the standard is to add +31 but I do not want to ask my customers to add this to their telephone number while typing in the data in our forms. (not user friendly, bad for conversion) So I am looking for a backend solution to add the +31 or a front end user friendly solution (for example a default dutch flag) which adds +31 automatically.

Hi Monique,

Navigate to System, Administration, System Settings, General (tab): Set the default Country/Region Code and Country/Region Code Prefix.
