Adding line to workflow but i can't

Hi experts,

I am new to workflow and i want to add a line in PR as the line are 2 but in another one. For more information check the above image.

    we cancel that PR and made new.But this was my wish to find out some solution for this.

    After you changed the status to "Draft', were you able to submit the workflow again?

    Thanks for your suggestion, i already did what you mention but no effect the status was changed to draft but still error.

    Hi Shabir Ahmad,

    You cannot fix unrecoverable workflow from UI/AX. The only option i can see to manually reset WF document status from SQL and resubmit into workflow.

    I found a Table name is "WorkflowTrackingStatusTable" and field is TrackingStatus . Try to change the value from backend otherwise you have to create the new PR and explain to your management that PR is an internal document and doesn't have any financial impact so there is no harm to create a new PR and cancel the old one.

    Hi Sabir,

    You can try changing the workflow status from the table browser and try resubmitting the PR as per this thread.

    Thanks for your reply, but our purchasing department was worry about number sequence as well. They want to make a PR with that old number sequence. Hope so you got my problem.

    Hi Shabir,

    But the re-approval by Senior Staff would be necessary either way. if you recall Purchase requisition from workflow in order to add the new line, you would need to re-submit document to workflow again. And it means go through senior-management. And the same when you create a new PR. There's no other solution.

    The same thing i mentioned to our purchasing department but they are worried about it. Because this will again go to company senior staff for approval, that's the reason nothing else the same thing i suggest to them.

    Hello Shabir,

    This is a PR only.

    Rather than trying to fiddle around with this old and unrecoverable one can't you simply create a new one and try to delete or 'forget' about the old one?

    I have the feeling hat it will take you very long time to get this fixed and rather than wasting your time on that, can't you simply create a new PR?
