Hi experts,
I am new to workflow and i want to add a line in PR as the line are 2 but in another one. For more information check the above image.

Hi Shabir,
The status of the purchase requisition is "In review". In this state you can't add any lines. You can try recalling from the workflow Action button and then try adding the lines.

How would i do that step as you mention before can you explain step by step. Appreciate your suggestion.
Click on the Actions on the Workflow bar. If you see a button named "Recall", click on that.

I clicked but there is only one button that is view history button.
Was the PR submitted by you? If not, please have the user who submitted the PR check if he/she can see the "Recall" button.

My User ID is administrator ID so must i know these from my purchasing dept or from my it would shown.
Please go to the "View history' in Workflow and check if you have the Recall option available there.
Please try to click the actions button and identify the recall option.
If you don't see the recall option then click view history
...from there you can recall the workflow as well.

As i click on view history button this screen is opened with errors and recall button is disable check the above screen.
This is the same issue from yesterday. Were you able to do a database synchronization last night?
