Customize the default screen of MPOS

Hi mates

I want to Edit the default screen of MPOS. Just to remove the Tax Field and Add the Free of Cost Product Quantity Column.

Please guide me about this.

Should I add the Free of (Cost Product) Field in D365 Product management and in Retail Table also ?

I also want o edit the MPOS Receipt format also remove the Tax column from MPOS Receipt and add the Column (Free of Cost Product) IN MPOS Recipt.

Anybody please give me the steps to achieve this.

    Hi Prashant,

    You can achieve it with customizations in following areas -

    1. Adding a new column to the cart lines

    2. Custom field on POS receipt

    docs.microsoft.com/.../retail-sdk-samples

    Now, about where to create the field?

    It will completely depend on your business scenario.

    If the field is with some static value and you want configurable in finops, you can easily add an product attribute as 'Free of (Cost Product)' and use that in retail. It will sync with channel database internally.
