Hi All

One of our users sudenly not able to send email 

He is getting below error message 

before that he was able to send the email normaaly 

Nothing has changed 

Other users is not having this issue

    Is this a shared mailbox? If yes does someone removed this user from this shared mailbox?

    Hi, Is there any other error message in the Email Outbox page?

    You can send test emails in Email Accounts page, it looks like an Office 365 issue.
