"Set regarding" not working. (CRM 2015 with outlook 2013 and 2013 CRM plugin)

Hi,

We have a setup with crm 2015, and are trying to connect outlook 2013 with the outlook crm 2013 plugin)

Basically I have an email where im trying to "Set regarding" to a case. When hitting the button in outlook a popup window is opening, and I select the case. But after the selection is done the "set regarding" in the mail just showing "none".

If I follow the exact same procedure with an outlook 2013 and crm 2015 plugin. The "set regarding" field in the email is populated with my choice. And doesn't show "none".

We have no option to upgrade the crm plugin for outlook from 2013 to 2015. Is the above a known bug, and can it be resolved?

    Hi RSK

The CRM 2013 Outlook Client is not supported to work with CRM 2015, you will have to update your outlook client for those users

Kindly tick 'Yes' to verify ?

    Best Wishes,Raz
