Hi there,

Every time I install a fresh AX i experience problem with the first compile and yesterday it was the same thing again. I created a new AX db, installed a new AOS and started AX and tried to do the compile but got alot of errors but this time it doesnt help to do another recompile. Anyone know how to solve this errors so i can pass the initial setup? Its is AX 2012 R3 with CU8 slipstreamed.

After installing SQLSysClrTypes.msi, SharedManagementObjects.msi, SQL_AS_AMO.msi and then compile, reboot, compile, compile into CIL, reboot, compile into CIL and then recompile all it works.

The prerequisites should be able to find the issues with missing files but i doesnt.

    Hi Daniel

Check if the SQL AMO objects are installed.

Without SQL AMO, some dlls are missing, for instance Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.Analytics.DLL.

Take a look at technet.microsoft.com/.../gg731842.aspx and according with your SQL Server version, go through the proper link.

After that, run again the compilation.
