POS 2009 Credit Account Sales Receipts

Posted on by 55

Is there a way in POS 2009 to set a customer credit account so it prints 2 sales receipts, one with a signature line (like a credit card would)?  With processing charges to a customer credit account we need to have a signature on the receipt that we keep plus the customer receipt.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks

Jeff

** just in case someone has this issue in the future**

My issue was such that I was getting one long receipt instead of cc sig auth, then sales receipt to give to customer..

If you have a longer receipt such as credit signature plus sales receipt in one than what's happening is your receipt printer just isn't cutting it between 'pages' of the receipt 'document'.  Depending on your receipt printer you'll have to go into the driver config and make sure there's option to cut the receipt at the end of page and at the end of the document.  This is all assuming you have cc sig selected and cc receipt cut selected at 75 or 100 percent.
