AXapta 3.0 Some users unabl to print

Hi,
I am facing an issue with Axapta 3.0. Looks like some users can't print while others can, from the same module like Purchase Order module. I have crosschecked all setting and privileges and they all exactly the same. What could possibly cause this problem?

    Hi wongcikupa,

    Has this always been the problem? That is, could the users affected never print or did they just experience this issue for the first time? One thing to look at might be the usage data that you might clean.

    Hi wongcikupa,

    You are running a very old version of the product. Are they getting errors or is just nothing printed? Do they have set to run the report using the batch framework? Do they have correct local printers setup in Windows (if printed via batch framework, is the printer also setup on the server?
