Yes, you can update it in the report selection option... don't know what's your report.. but If we take the example of the sales quote report.. then you'll have to go to the report selection, and select your custom report from the available options.
Once you have selected your custom report, click on the action "Attach as PDF"..
This will open your custom report, allowing you to view and generate it as a PDF.
