Hi guys,
I dont know why, but my emails dont be queued, only a few of them. For example in the screenshot there are 6 items in the queue but I received more than 15 emails from the same sender. Also tI have a record creating that creates a case if the email has "Ticket" in the Subject, but didnt work too.
Yesterday this configuration are working but today its totally crazy.

I configured one mailbox"mail1@example.net"; Test run, Outgoing and incoming are Success.
