CRM/Sharepoint server side sync

Hi. 

I have set ut serverside sync on a CRM Online/Sharepoint Online environment. I tried do att new Word templates in Sharepoint, but in CRM when we push the "new" button at add a document, we only can choose between blank word/excel/powerpoint/onenote templates. Is there a way to put in templates with our own layout?
