Is there a way to find what item I have consumed in which job task?

Did you try Jobs Per Item Report or Items by Job report you can find that on the Job List Page., You can also check the Item Ledger Entries with the filter applied on Job Task No. or Job No.

What Suresh says it the best way. You can run the report he noted or lookup from the ILE, Job Ledger Entry (remove filter) to see the Items:
