Hello
For the past two quarters I am having difficulties with our VAT 100 report that we run within AX. I work for a retailer and we prepare our VAT returns on a quarterly basis; due to the volume of sales we run the VAT 100 on a monthly basis.
However, when I run the VAT 100 for each month and compare this with the VAT 100 for the quarter I end up with a significant difference in my statistics Box 6 (this quarter it is £0.5m). The Box 6 figure within the VAT 100 for the quarter is £0.5m higher than the Box 6 figure when I sum the three separate VAT 100's for each month. Is this a known error or is there something we are doing wrong?
Many thanks
Hello Emily,
I found three hotifxes on LifecycleServices that seem to be related to AX2012.
Please see the following link (requires login)
fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Results
If you operate an older AX2012 version then have a look at those hotfixes.
In case you already have them implemented an incomplete / wrong configuration might the the issue. Contact either our local implementation partner or the MS support in this case.
Best regards,
Ludwig
Did you get the hotfix installed and have you tested if things work fine now?
