Hi All,
I'm looking to create a workflow that triggers an approval process in dynamics from a case record.
I don't really mind how it's triggered but I would ideally like it to create a task in the process and avoid using the approval emails currently in Flow.
So a couple of key things would be:
1. The task has to be associated with the original case
2. It has to be created and assigned to another queue and the case must go on hold until the approval is complete.
I don't know if there is anything out the box that can accomplish this but so far I've failed in every attempt to get something working.
Any ideas on how to start this would be much appreciated!
